Alpaca My Wheel: A Celebration of Fiber, Fleece, and Art

September 19 is National Spin in Public Day. What better day to celebrate fiber farms, fiber animals, and fiber arts! Join us to meet our fiber animals and enjoy fiber artistry. Alpaca your wheels and spin in public OR watch, learn, appreciate, and even try your hand at spinning, weaving, knitting, needle felting, and more. There will be animals, demonstrations, and crafts. Help our sheep detectives solve a mystery. Shop our vendors and our farm store. Get a head start on your Christmas shopping with hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind gifts or gift yourself with a shawl or scarf, a beautiful hand-woven tea towel, a crocheted hat or doll, a knitted spa set, a needle-felted picture …. No pets and no smoking or vaping, please. This is a free event but we are a small farm so we encourage you to walk if you live close by or tag your friends and carpool.
