Aloha Fit Hawaiian Dance Fitness is a fun, exciting and effective dance fitness workout. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, this fun workout incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with modern and nostalgic music.Please dress comfortably (sarong and shoes are optional) and make sure to bring a bottle of water!
This is for the Winter Session at Oakland's Community Center.
