Join me by the sea for our 7th season of beach yoga in Alnmouth, welcoming both familiar faces and those joining us for the first time.
Practising outdoors enhances the meditative quality of yoga, offering space to move, breathe and begin the weekend with clarity.
The class is accessible and carefully guided, with options throughout so both beginners and more experienced students can practise comfortably.
£10 per session
