Alliance Pipeline Class Action Lawsuit Informational Meeting

Join us for an open-house style meeting to learn more about the class action lawsuit H & T Fair Hills, Ltd., et. al., v. Alliance Pipeline L.P. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, alleges that Alliance Pipeline breached Agricultural Impact Mitigation Agreements (AIMAs) and easement agreements by failing to pay for crop yield losses on the pipeline right of way after 2014.
