Alley 6 Single Malt Tasting

Join us for a locally distilled single malt whiskey tasting, presented by distillery representatives and whisky experts.

Alley 6 is a true small-batch craft distillery, producing premium spirits using traditional techniques. Two 250-gallon copper alembic pot stills chug away to create complex spirits, alongside grape-based gins and fruit brandies that draw on the wine and orchard country of their home of Healdsburg, Sonoma County. Every part of the process happens in-house, from milling grain, pressing fruit, or sourcing local wine, to mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling, and bottling.

Our featured pour is Alley 6 Single Malt Whiskey, twice distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills from 100% malted barley from Heidelberg Germany and aged for a minimum of 18 months in heavy charred American White Oak barrels. Bottled at 43% ABV.

Alley 6 Single Malt Whiskey has received numerous awards, including Gold at the California Craft Spirits Competition and US Open Whiskey Championship.
