Allegany Mountain Saddlery is returning to Morning View Farm in Ionia, MI, March 20-22, 2026!Allegany Mountain Saddlery customizes a variety of saddle styles. They have saddles for Ranch Riding, Western All-Around, Barrel Racing, Trail Riding, Endurance Racing, Wade, and Plantation saddles.
Each saddle is customized to fit your particular horse's conformation, regardless of the breed.
Each participant is given a 45 minute window, one-on-one with Staci Saulter as she works with you to find the correct fit for you and your horse. Staci thoroughly explains your particular horse's conformation and why a certain tree/saddle will or won't work for your horse. She will answer your questions and help you understand the process from start to finish.
Once the horse has been properly fitted, Staci's assistant, Lisa, will assist you in customizing the saddle to meet your style requirements, seat size, stirrup leather length, etc.
Allegany Mountain Saddlery has amazing customer service and excellent trade-in values for their saddles.
If you currently own an Allegany Saddle and are unsure of the fit, you're welcome to bring it along and Staci can review the fit with you. Staci is more concerned with proper fit for you and your horse than she is about just selling a saddle. If your current saddle is right for your horse, she's not going to try to talk you into buying a different saddle just to move a product. If it doesn't properly fit, she's going to explain why it doesn't fit and review various options with you. She's here to make riding the best experience for both you and the horse.
The in-person saddle fitting with Staci is $275. A deposit of $100 is required to hold a day/time slot for you. The remaining balance of $175 is due on March 1, 2026.
If you decide to purchase a saddle from Allegany Mountain Saddlery, $200 of the $275 paid for the fitting will go towards your saddle. If you're ordering a custom saddle, $600 down is required in order for them to start making the saddle. The remaining balance is due prior to the saddle being shipped.
