The K-State Alumni Association invites Kansas State University students, alumni and friends everywhere to kick off K-State’s 2025 Homecoming week by participating in the Homecoming Philanthropy 5K Run/Walk.
Proceeds from the annual Homecoming Philanthropy 5K Run/Walk will benefit Be Able, an organization seeking to engage with those in adversity by creating connections, cultivating skills, and opening doors of opportunity.
The cost to participate in the 5K Run/Walk is $30. K-State students and Alumni Association members receive a $5 discount. (Note: Price increases after Sept. 17 at noon for the in-person and virtual 5K.)
The in-person 5K will begin at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5, at the K-State Alumni Center. Awards will be given in both student and non-student categories.
