Nourish your body, calm your mind, and connect with your little one! Our All Trimester Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga class is designed to help you reduce stress, ease discomfort, and build a beautiful bond with your baby.
Join Patience Riley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and perinatal yoga teacher, for 60 minutes of gentle movement, intentional breathwork, and supportive poses suitable for all trimesters and your postpartum journey. We'll use props like blocks and bolsters to make every flow feel amazing.
