SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5th 9:00 - 10:30 AM
SKILLS: All Things Floor! (Including Handstands, Cartwheels and Bridge Kickovers)
AGES: 6+ Girls and Boys
COST: $35
Skill clinics are 1.5 hours of getting right to work and doing as many drills as possible/spotted stations in that time frame to work towards the skills listed for that clinic. This skill will be broken down into multiple stations for that skill and stations to help reinforce shaping and form. Skills may vary based on age/skill level.
We attempt to end the class or include a fun conditioning game/relays at the end, if time permits.
