All-Terrain Conditioning™ seminar
Built for everyone from new kettlebell users to advanced Mountain Bikers, Mountain Climbers, Hikers, Ruck March Participants, Skiers and Snowboarders, Obstacle Course Racers, CrossFit Athletes, and Special Operators.
The seminar curriculum utilizes the Strong Endurance™ plans developed by Pavel Tsatsouline. You will learn the exercise skills needed to complete these plans. You will also receive a manual with 6 progressions of protocols to build your oxygen transport system (cardio) and develop more power for lasting endurance. This manual will also include a short peaking cycle to be utilized before an adventure or competition. This peaking cycle utilizes glycolytic conditioning to prepare people for maximum performance. We will discuss when and how peaking should be used, as it should be used sparingly.
The materials you will learn in this course have been extensively tested and refined. At the course, you will learn proper technique and intensity for the following movements:
- Deadlifts (traditional, single leg, and stability/mobility)
- Hardstyle Kettlebell Swings (two-handed, one-handed, and high pulls)
- Kettlebell Snatches
- Turkish Get-ups
- Power Pushups
- Pullups
- Step-ups
The endurance protocols & programming provided at this event will help you:
- Build cardiovascular & muscular endurance without sacrificing strength
- Increase the quantity and quality of your cells’ aerobic power plants (mitochondrial biogenesis and respiration)
- Maximize Power
- Peak for Competition
- Improve Stability of Joints
