All-Terrain Conditioning™: Build Power That Lasts
Are you ready to develop strength that endures—on any terrain, under any condition?
Whether you train for performance, adventure, or the unexpected, this seminar delivers the conditioning strategies you need to go further, harder, and longer—without sacrificing strength.
Who Is It for?
Built for everyone—from new kettlebell users to advanced athletes.
Ideal for mountain bikers, mountain climbers, hikers, ruck march participants, skiers and snowboarders, obstacle course racers, CrossFit athletes, special operators, first responders, military and law enforcement personnel, and those who compete in Hyrox or similar hybrid endurance events.
Why Endurance Matters
“Imagine carrying twenty beer kegs up a flight of stairs to a second-floor pub—as fast as possible.”
That’s how Dr. Fred Hatfield described one of his favorite tests of general endurance.
Sounds simple—but brutally hard. It’s the kind of challenge that separates the prepared from the merely strong.
And it’s exactly the kind of general physical readiness this course helps you develop—before diving into sport-specific demands.
What You’ll Learn
All-Terrain Conditioning™ is built on the Strong Endurance™ protocols developed by Pavel Tsatsouline.
You will:
Learn proven exercise skills and strategies to complete these protocols effectively.
Receive a detailed manual with multiple training plans to build your oxygen transport system and sustainable power.
Use a peaking cycle to prepare for high-stakes competition or physical adventures, based on selective glycolytic conditioning.
We’ll also break down when and how to peak—because peaking must be used strategically, not constantly.
What You’ll Train
At the course, you’ll learn the proper technique and intensity for:
Deadlifts (traditional and single leg for stability/mobility)
Hard style Kettlebell Swings (two-arm, one-arm)
Hard style Kettlebell Snatches
Get-ups
Power Pushups
Lunges
Pullups
Step-ups
Breathing techniques
What You’ll Gain
The tested endurance protocols and programming you’ll walk away with will help you:
Build cardiovascular endurance without sacrificing strength.
Increase the quality and quantity of your cells’ aerobic power plants (mitochondrial biogenesis and respiration).
Maximize power output over time.
Peak intelligently for performance.
Enhance joint stability and resilience.
Join Us
Train smart. Condition with purpose. Become unstoppable.
This is your opportunity to learn from StrongFirst’s most advanced endurance systems—refined, effective, and ready for the real world.
