By registering for and/or attending the All Sports Coaches High-Impact Agility & Practice Systems Camp hosted by Southern California Junior Cricket Academy (SCJCA) at Kelly Park, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in agility training, athletic drills, demonstrations, and physical coaching activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Muscle strains
• Sprains
• Falls
• Physical injury
• Equipment-related injury
• Other unforeseen risks associated with physical activity

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss arising from participation in this event.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

• Southern California Junior Cricket Academy (SCJCA)
• The City of Compton
• Their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, coaches, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and representatives

from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in this event, including those caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in athletic training activities.

I understand that neither SCJCA nor the City of Compton provides medical insurance coverage for participants.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.

I acknowledge that video recordings and photographs will be taken during this event.

By registering, I grant SCJCA Academy full permission to:

• Photograph
• Record video
• Capture audio
• Use my image, likeness, voice, and statements

for promotional, marketing, educational, social media, website, print, and advertising purposes without compensation.

I understand these materials may be used in future campaigns and publications.

By completing registration, I confirm that:

✔ I voluntarily agree to its terms
