Halfdan Kjerulfs Gate 4, 5017 Bergen
All Sports is a collaboration between Jonas Erboe (DK) and Lars Jonsson (SE). The site-specific Gesamtkunstwerk turns the gallery at MLAG into a pool, ski hill, hockey arena, soccer pitch, basketball court, and track and field venue, exploring the shared ground between sport and art as systems of repetition, discipline, and spectacle.
Through installation, performance, and participatory works, the project reflects on how athletic gestures can become aesthetic expressions, and how competition and collaboration coexist as creative forces.
With this project, Erboe and Jonsson kick around the world's most popular sports, transforming them into a single immersive total installation, bringing to the pitch theatricality, athleticism, and a full commitment to winning us over.
