All Souls Day, regardless of religion or culture, is to honor the dead when the veil between the seen and unseen is the thinnest. Thus, it is easiest to connect with those that are no longer here in the physical with us. This event will include honoring our deceased loved ones dia de los muertos style, a brief oracle reading for each person, and conclude with a group breathwork session. November calls us to embrace the mystery and to explore the shadows within us. What are your fears? What do you need to let go of? What is holding you back? We will use this session to be STILL in the darkness for a moment and to answer these questions while we revel in the quiet and peacefulness of it. We will call upon our ancestors, angels, spirits, and guides to give us direction, wisdom, and courage to not only receive their message but to have the strength to carry it forth.
This is an IN-PERSON & FULL-SERVICE event! Thus, registration is required for we only have 8 spots.
Items provided: Mats, blankets, bolsters, & eye masks
You only need to bring yourself and a framed picture of a deceased loved one!
