The Midlands is one of the most diverse regions in the UK, yet only ~10% of the UK’s creative roles are located in the region. A disproportionately minority of which are held by non-white people.

Global Majority creatives in the Midlands face unique barriers.

All Shades of Brown is back to help overcome them.

This one-day conference provides artists, performers, filmmakers, curators, educators, and creative entrepreneurs with the skills, networks, and sector knowledge needed to navigate systemic barriers and build sustainable careers in the creative industries.
