🌿 All of Me Series – Workshop OverviewThe All of Me Series is a four-part creative embodiment experience that invites you to connect with the many layers of yourself—through painting, meditation, and gentle yoga. Each session is centered around a different version of you: the curious inner child, the bold inner teen, the grounded present self, and the aligned self you’re already cultivating.
Through guided movement, self-reflection, and intuitive art-making, we’ll explore what it means to be whole—not by reaching outside of ourselves, but by remembering and honoring who we’ve always been.
You don’t need to be an artist or experienced yogi—just open to the process. All expressions are welcome here.
🌟 Little Light Within – Inner Child
July 22nd
Play, curiosity, and permission to get messy. In this session, we reconnect with the wonder and innocence of your inner child by finger painting as our expressive medium. You’ll be invited to paint from instinct, not intellect—and remember what it’s like to create simply for the joy of it.
🔥 Reclaim the Rebel – Inner Teenager
July 29th
This is your space to speak loud, move boldly, and color outside the lines. We meet the inner teenager with compassion, honoring their truth, boundaries, and fire. Through spray painting, you’ll channel raw emotion into bold creation—and reclaim the parts of yourself that once had to fight to be heard.
🌱 Color Me Present – Present Self
August 5th
Who are you today—beneath the roles, routines, and noise? This session invites you to ground into the present moment and meet yourself as you are, with acceptance and clarity. Through embodied meditation and intuitive painting, you’ll reflect on the self who navigates your daily life and create from a place of honest presence.
💫 Attuned Expression – Aligned Self
August 12th
In this final session of the All of Me Series, we return to the essence of who we are—beyond fear, beyond doubt. Through guided reflection and intuitive painting, you'll meet your Aligned Self: the version of you that already knows, already trusts, already is enough.
This is not becoming—this is remembering.
This is your expression—attuned, embodied, and true.
