All Night Gong Puja: Overnight Rest and Meditation

Join us to experience the bliss of an All-Night Gong Puja! You will be serenaded for more than seven hours by the sweet sounds from 16 tuned Planet Gongs, all delicately played, creating a sacred space for deep relaxation and transformation.

Event Description: In Buddhism, Pujas are expressions of honor and devotional attention. A Gong Puja honors and allows space for our being’s ability to heal – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is the truest form of honoring oneself!

We will take some time to prepare for the puja and then 16 tuned planet Gongs will be gently played for 7 hours throughout the night and into early morning while participants rest, meditate, or sleep. The healing vibrations and subtle energies are imbued with intentions of the highest good, promoting a deep sense of peace and well-being. As the mind floats in a state of cosmic consciousness, the body rests on an optimal plane for healing - strengthening the nervous system, balancing the chakras and increasing energy and vitality.

Schedule:

• 9:00pm - 9:30pm - Settle In
• 9:30pm - 10:00pm – Set Intentions
• 10:00pm - 5:00am - All Night Gong Puja
• 5:00am - 5:30am – Rise and Shine

What to Bring:

Please bring a mattress or comfortable thick mat (yoga mat is not enough for the whole night), blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, and anything else you may need to be comfortable. Wear or bring clothing that is comfortable to sleep in.

In 2022, after 23 years of IT sales, Wayne shifted his focus, devoting 100% of his time and energy into the expansion and refinement of Beneficial Sound. He has now stepped fully into his purpose (dharma), embracing his role as the Gong Master.

Wayne comes from an extended family of musicians and has studied the gong extensively. Having performed over 800 Gong Meditations since 2015, he has developed an authentic style of playing, infused with passion and intention, that promotes deep relaxation and transformation.

Wayne has a degree in Psychology, is a certified Gong Practitioner and is a member of the American Sound Healers Association.
