Wednesday 19th August @ 7pm. Chatelherault main car park to the right of the main entrance as you get towards the house.
This is a tough 6.5km run through chatelherault woods, up (and back down) many stairs, and it finishes in quite a brutiful fashion making up the final 1k with varied stair sprints and push ups.
It’s a good test we think.
