Super excited to announce a collaboration between Umi Yoga and Larema Coffee House to offer weekly yoga classes at Larema in downtown Rocky Mount! Classes are intended for all experience levels, including total beginners. Options will be provided so you can choose what works best for you, and you’ll gain useful practices for relaxation and self-regulation on and off the mat.
