This all levels vinyasa yoga class will incorporate movement of the body, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. From beginners to those with experience, all are welcome. Classes will include strength building, balancing, range of motion exercises and improving flexibility. Join us and leave with a calm mind and relaxed body. Yoga mat, blocks, water and appropriate exercise clothing are highly recommended.
