All Levels Yoga

Yoga is a practice that meets one as deeply as one meets it. Yoga can be a way for making shapes in the body to engage in physical exercise, or yoga can be a way to meet the deeper layers of ourselves and reality at large. By consciously linking breath and movement, it is possible to access the quiet spaces of inner-knowing that are usually veiled by day-to-day thinking. Whether you are simply curious about trying out a yoga practice for the very first time, or whether you are an experienced yogi hoping to deepen your connection to the flow - you are welcomed here!

Join yogi, Tiffany Purtell, in a practice that is intended for all bodies, all levels of experience, and all reasons for showing up. In this space, one can expect a class that is designed each week with a unique theme/posture combination to emphasize a specific intention. Tiffany often blends teachings from different cultures of thought to create a class that cultivates a sense of calm embodiment, inner-strength, and a healthy connection to the whole being.

****Please bring water & your own yoga mat, mats will be provided if needed but quantity is limited.
