All-Levels Yoga & Buds at Lounges Content Studio- [Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew]

We’re rolling out something new at Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew: a chill, BYOB (Bring Your Own Buds) yoga series designed for connection, relaxation, and movement.
This elevated class begins with a 30-minute buffer to smoke, unwind, and get settled. After that, we’ll flow into a 60-minute all-levels yoga session where the vibe is supportive, welcoming, and all about tuning into yourself.
October’s classes will be led by Leonie McDermott, with other amazing instructors rotating in for future sessions to keep things fresh.
As a bonus, the first 25 sign ups via Eventbrite for each event will receive a gift from our sponsor.

Buds not your thing? You're still welcome to attend and flow with us as always- just be aware this is a smoke and cannabis-friendly class
