The 3 hour workshop will start covering technique and biomechanics in the handstand applied either to 2 arms or one arm handstand.Afterwards we will split the group according to different levels and goals:
• Solidifying 2 arm handstand and shapes
• One arm Handstand preparation work
• Advanced One arm work
Pre-requisites:
• Being able to comfortably hold a handstand chest to wall for at least 30 seconds.
• Physically comfortable in handstand position.
• Ideal having a 20-30 second freestanding handstand to get the most advantage out from the workshop.
About the coach:
Pepo began his movement journey at age 15 through calisthenics, discovering a passion for body control and movement. He has a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, which provided a strong foundation in anatomy, injury prevention, and recovery. These skills now inform his approach to teaching. After discovering handbalancing in 2020, he began training seriously, learning from top coaches around the world. Since 2022, he has been teaching handbalancing full-time through workshops, intensives, and online coaching. His teaching style is highly personalized, using biomechanics and anatomy to tailor cues and techniques to each student’s unique body.
