Not one, but two aerial workshops to choose from! Ages 16+Choreo, Beyond Flow

Learn a short routine to music and explore the wonderful world of hoop choreography. New tricks, fun transitions, bad jokes and a sweet little routine. Looking for a push to try new things, new ways, work hard and move to a great song? This one’s for you!
This 2 hour workshop is for beginner and intermediate students. Ages 16+.
Pre-reqs: must be able to get up into the hoop and sequence 3-5 tricks together.
Cost: $100 + gst (15% off for members)
Spin Cycle
The good, the bad and the sickening.
1:15 - 2:45 pm
This workshop will focus on spin specific movement prep, drills and skills to build speed, find center, sequence and more! We will explore classic spin technique and then get creative with single arm spins, off center spins and effective ways to carry spin up into the hoop with you. Learn to train spin, play with spin and perform spin.
You will walk (or weave) away with new building blocks and drills to take your spin to the next level, and how to get creative and choreograph sensational spin work!
Students can take this workshop on any aerial apparatus that has ground contact. Hoop, trapeze, hammock and straps.
Pre-reqs: No spin experience required, beginner plus
all levels, healthy shoulders are a must!

About Sido:
Sidonie Adamson is a circus artist and coach to aerialists, stunt performers, and outside-of-the-box athletes. Her specialty lies in helping artistic athletes reinvigorate their practices, discover unknown capacity, and level up with longevity.
Her lifetime in creative athletics and performing arts has seen her perform across three continents with notable organizations such as Les Sept Doigts de La Main, St. John’s Circus Fest, and Anystage Productions. She has lit up stages as a circus artist, hung from trees as a vertical dancer, performed in international festivals, curated and produced cross-continental shows, and dazzled as an aerialist for outrageously expensive weddings.
