If you haven't tried Acro Yoga yet then there is no better time than now to jump on board and join in on all the fun! This community is here to support each other, challenge the body and mind, safely lift each other up beyond our own perceived limitations, and most important to bring back a sense of play and fun in our lives.The class will run every Sunday 1:30 pm at Stanley Park. The class focuses on safely building a strong foundation to progress and grow your acro practice. The class starts with a warm-up which can include yoga, movement patterns, and games. Then moves into partner stretching, strength, and conditioning, static postures as well as washing machines/flows.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to come out and play! All levels welcome, all ages, no prior yoga or acro experience required. You don't need to be flexible, you just need to have fun!
