Join us for a special, free practice to anchor you to your deep sense of wisdom and trust...Join Audrey Jansen, Studio Owner + Seek YTT Lead Teacher and Sydney Humprey, Seek Teacher + Seek YTT Assistant for a free, 60-minute gentle yoga practice of asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation to reconnect with yourself.
You will be led through practices and reflections to remind you of who you truly are inside while experiencing how yoga can help guide you there.
Practice will be followed by a 15-minute info session + Q&A on Seek Yoga Studio’s upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Our Yoga Alliance certified YTT invites you to connect with a profound sense of knowing and trust while deeply exploring the practice of yoga. In this training, you will connect to your inner guide and intuitive wisdom while experiencing powerful transformation and growth.
All you need for this empowering journey is already within you.
