ALL DAY DYE - 2 IN 1! - Instructor: Nancy Macali Date: Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Max: 12 Min Age: 12 with an adult Class Fee: $90 Materials fee payable to instructor: $40

Learn to ice dye and make fabulous ombré gradations! This all-day class will cover dyeing both wool and cotton. The ombré portion of the class with cover 2 different gradations – the first will utilize a single color to create a value range from dark to light. The second technique will blend 2 colors creating a smooth gradation from one to the next.

Students to bring:

(14) – 32oz. mason jars, (2) – 1 cup liquid measuring cups, (1) – 2 cup liquid measuring cup, (1) 100% cotton garment (t-shirt, apron, etc.) - must be washed prior to attending workshop, (1) 12 – 20 Qt. stainless-steel pot (for dyeing – can’t be used for food after class), plastic colander (must fit in pot), N-95 mask, rubber gloves, old towel, rubber gloves, plastic bag (to transport wet items), pen, and notebook.
