On Saturday, April 12th - a little under 6 weeks away - we will transform The Hub from Green & Tan to Red, White & Blue with FOUR Americana acts that are guaranteed to leave you stomping, clapping and shouting "ENCORE!" after every performance.
And the 🌟 All-Star Americana Lineup 🌟 will be:
** 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼. (Band members from Bay, Calhoun & Gadsden counties) - New Age-Country & Americana band that also plays a blend of folk, bluegrass and roots music 🎸
** 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 (Tallahassee) - Fabulous acoustic artist with a unique folksy style all his own. He's also an incredibly gifted songwriter ✍️
** 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 (Tallahassee) - This uber-talented, 16-year old Leon High School student and music prodigy is gonna be a star some day, so you better come see her now at The Hub before you read about her moving to Nashville or L.A.! 🤩
** HEADLINER: Two Foot Turkeys (Tallahassee) - Do these guys really need any introduction? They're a mash up of the two most sought-after bands anywhere in our area, and their shows are always electric. Folk, bluegrass, rock, blues, reggae, indie and - of course - Americana. They do it all - and they DO 👏 IT 👏 REALLY 👏 DANG 👏 WELL 👏!

This is the second installation of our Music On The Vines Concert Series that we launched at the beginning of 2025. The Peach Players Fest - featuring all original Georgia songwriters - last weekend was #1, and All-Day Americana will be #2.
The doors open April 12th at 11 am and we close at 9 pm. And our musicians will be rocking from 1 to 7 pm.

Americana is contemporary music that incorporates elements of various American roots music styles, including country, roots-rock, folk, bluegrass, R&B and blues, resulting in a distinctive roots-oriented sound that lives in a world apart from the pure forms of the genres upon which it may draw. While acoustic instruments are often present and vital, Americana also often uses a full electric band. The need to name the genre grew out of radio. While the musical model can be traced back to the Elvis Presley marriage of “hillbilly music” and R&B that birthed rock ‘n roll, Americana as a radio format developed during the 1990s as a reaction to the highly polished sound that defined the mainstream music of that decade. Because of listener interest in the artists who did not fit as comfortably in the country or rock genres, a radio format called “Americana” was developed by the Americana Music Association. A professional trade organization whose mission is to advocate for the authentic voice of American roots music around the world, the AMA hosts an annual Americana Music Festival & Conference, publishes a weekly Americana Airplay Chart, and produces the annual Americana Music Honors & Awards show. Some of the most significant artists in the genre are Johnny Cash, Lucinda Williams, Soloman Burke, Mavis Staples, John Prine, The Band, Willie Nelson, Emmylou Harris, Elvis Presley, Alison Krauss, Loretta Lynn, Joe Ely, Neil Young, The Gourds, Lyle Lovett, Ricky Scaggs, Bruce Hornsby, Avett Brothers, Bob Dylan, Buddy Miller, Corb Lund, Dale Watson, Ruthie Foster, Porter Wagoner, Stoll Vaughan, Mary Chapin Carpenter, The Derailers, and hundreds more.
