Join us in the GPB studio for a sneak peek at the first episode of Season 6 before it airs! Journey back to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales as Masterpiece presents the highly anticipated 6th season of All Creatures Great and Small. Join us for a sneak peek of the first episode at the GPB Studios in Atlanta on Sunday, January 11.
Attendees will enjoy the first episode of the new season, followed by a fascinating discussion about sheep and wool with fiber educator Paula Vester, Joanne Maki of the Georgia Sheep and Wool Growers Association, and Brett Bannor, Manager of Animal Collections at the Atlanta History Center and author of American Sheep: A Cultural History. Members of the Peachtree Handspinners Guild will provide live wool spinning and fiber demonstrations.
Needle Nook will offer knitting tips and tricks and items from their store for purchase.
