About this Event

Cannabis Opportunities Conference 2026: September 25–27, Philadelphia

This is three days of serious policy work, business innovation, community restoration, and culture—happening across Philadelphia.

We're gathering policymakers, regulators, entrepreneurs, researchers, educators, and people directly impacted by prohibition to do one thing: move from conversation into action on cannabis equity and opportunity.

Friday, September 25

Policy Summit: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City
237 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107

The day opens with federal and state leadership breaking down what's actually changing in cannabis policy. Expect congressional representatives, state commissioners, and equity architects in direct conversation about federal rescheduling, state implementation lessons, and what real equity looks like after legalization.

High Black History Comedy Show: 6:00 PM
Two Locals Brewing
3675 Market Street, Suite 100, Philadelphia, PA 19104

A live cultural fundraising experience celebrating overlooked Black stories through comedy, education, and community connection. Inspired by the nationally recognized Drunk Black History platform, this event blends humor, storytelling, and history to create unforgettable moments of learning and joy focused on Black history and culture.
