These 5 x 60-minute interactive sessions are designed to help children recognise, understand, and manage their emotions through fun and engaging age-appropriate activities.Class dates 2025

Fri, 30th May 1.30pm - 2.30pm
Fri, 13th June 1.30pm - 2.30pm
Each session includes three components:
1. Learning/Educational Part: Exploring the brain, understanding anxiety and anger, and learning practical coping skills.
2. Group Game/Arts & Crafts: These activities focus on emotions such as worry and anger, build self-awareness, and boost self-esteem.
3. Relaxation Part: Mindfulness, yoga, or other relaxation exercises to equip children with tools to manage their emotions effectively.
Cost: $69 per 60-minute session = $345 for 5x sessions
Includes:
• Self-help strategies and coping skills pocket cards
• A copy of the "Rusty" book and a gift bag with additional resources/worksheets
This is a fantastic opportunity for families to experience these educational sessions in a supportive group setting. The sessions replicate the same high-quality content as my one-on-one therapy but within a group environment where your child can benefit from peer interaction while receiving personalised support.
For families with NDIS funding, these sessions may be eligible for reimbursement under capacity-building support. Please consult your plan manager or support coordinator for guidance.

Your child must attend each session, as no "make-up" sessions are available for missed classes.
