This talk will feature the geography, history, social history, botany and the creation of Chocolate. Our Speaker for the evening, Alan Dixon, has been making Chocolate for over 28 years in Market Rasen. Makers of 140 different flavours with every flavour done to Continental Standards. The winner of many awards of quality for their Chocolate but not needing to compete anymore.The Speaker will treat you to samples throughout to emphasize points of the talk and the opportunity to purchase Chocolates direct from the Speakers own collection he will be bringing us. All products made by the Speaker are Nut Free and Gluten Free other than Biscoff Biscuit.
