The Bartlesville Community Foundation (BCF) is a nonprofit organization that promotes philanthropy and community development. Its primary mission is to enhance the quality of life for the community through charitable giving, grantmaking, and community initiatives. Last year, $2.6 million was distributed in grants, scholarships, and to support community projects. Recently, BCF celebrated reaching their goal of $25 million in assets by the foundation's 25th Anniversary on Dec. 3. Learn more at bartlesvillecf.org.
Laura Jensen joined the Foundation in May of 2017 after six years in the banking industry. Since then, she has led many organization projects and was appointed Executive Director in 2022. Laura holds a primary bachelor of science in human nutrition with a focus in public health, a secondary bachelor in gerontology from Kansas State University and a masters degree in business administration from Rogers State University.
Note: We will meet in the back room at Crossing 2nd, 215 E 2nd Street. Since this is a lunch-time meeting, all are welcome to order and enjoy lunch, beverages, or snacks before, during and after the talk. There will be a server in the meeting room.
