All Abilities Halloween Bash – Vendor Opportunities

Join RAAVE DFW and Grand Prairie Host Family Lions Club for the All Abilities Halloween Bash on Saturday, October 3 at the Veterans Center in Grand Prairie.
We are inviting local businesses, nonprofits, service providers, therapy clinics, community organizations, and family-focused vendors to participate in this inclusive community event.
Vendor setup will begin before the event, with families attending from 12:00–2:00 PM. Vendors may share information, promote services, provide giveaways, or offer a simple game or activity at their booth.
Vendor packages:
Tier 1 – Community Vendor | $30
Vendor space, bring-your-own table/setup, and the opportunity to share your business or organization.
Tier 2 – Featured Vendor | $60
Everything in Tier 1, plus business/logo inclusion in event advertising, a RAAVE DFW social media feature, and additional event promotion.
Tier 3 – Spotlight Sponsor | $100
Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus premium vendor placement, an individual business spotlight on social media, prominent logo placement on promotional materials, recognition during the event, and the opportunity to provide branded items, coupons, or materials for family giveaway bags.
This is a family-friendly, inclusive event for individuals and families of all abilities. Vendor spaces are limited, and early registration is encouraged.
