ALIVE is a conscious festival in Copenhagen exploring the many ways we can feel more ALIVE - in our bodies, with ourselves and with each other.
Come spend a weekend moving, dancing, connecting, resting and exploring.

Listen to live music, immerse yourself in sound, sit in the sauna, explore tantra and authentic connection, try something you’ve never tried before and meet humans you didn’t know before.
Some spaces invite you inward. Some invite you into connection. Some are soft and nourishing, while others invite you to stretch beyond what you already know.
With up to four workshops and experiences happening at the same time, you choose your own journey.

Melt into the sauna, soften into a sound bath, explore a tantric workshop, step into the circle at a community gathering - or take a break, have a cup of tea and simply enjoy being here.
With several experiences unfolding at the same time, you choose what feels alive for you moment by moment.

Come with experience or come completely new.
You don’t need to know tantra, embodiment or authentic relating. You don’t need to come with someone. And you don’t need to participate in everything.
Curiosity is enough.
Everything that is guided or presented is an invitation - and if you come alone, there will be plenty of opportunities to connect with new people.

We invite highly skilled and experienced teachers, facilitators and spaceholders who don’t just teach their work - they live it.
Each brings years of experience, depth and devotion to their field, creating spaces rooted in embodied knowledge rather than theory alone.
The full facilitator lineup will be announced gradually.

Your body, boundaries and choices are your own.
We work with trauma-informed practices and do our best to create a welcoming and safe(r) space where people can arrive as they are.
Some workshops may include touch, partnered exercises or explorations of intimacy. Participation is always optional, and you are welcome to say no, step out or change your mind at any time.
Our Emotional Support Team will also be available throughout the festival if you need support, grounding or someone to talk to.
