In case you didn’t already see, Week 6 of Helena's Alive at Five has been announced! The show will be July 24th on the patio and lawn area of the Lewis & Clark Tap Room. The band is Wild Horses, a Roots Folk-Rock, Western, Americana group. Frontman and lead songwriter, Jed LaPlant, comes from a family deeply tied into the Minnesota bluegrass community, where storytelling is central to a song. He draws on that background with lyrics that are personal and at times intimate. That intimacy translates to the audience in live shows and is balanced with electrifying energy. Out with their debut album, Runaway, the band has toured the Midwest, the South, and out to the West, gaining a loyal following in nearly every place they’ve played.
