Empower your body and mind with this yoga-barre hybrid class. It defines and stretches your whole body and is so fun that you'll never want it to stop! You'll walk out feeling graceful strong and inspired. No experience in yoga or barre is necessary.

11:30am-mimosas

Experience serenity and peacefulness with very gentle and intuitive movements that will lead you to a deep state of meditation.
