Aligned Women Circle

Since ancient times women have gathered together in a circle of support to connect with each other in good times and bad. Circles are where we can be held when we feel alone, challenged when we’re stuck and loved when we believe we aren’t worthy.

Sitting in circle is neither therapy nor casual conversation. It is a sacred space that we create together to share and feel deeply, to return home to ourselves.

This is your invitation to sit in circle and connect with other women, to give and receive support on your life’s journey. Come along to question and challenge yourself to grow and find a place to nourish your spirit and strengthen your heart.

The circle is a refuge where you can be heard without judgement or advice. It’s a space where you will be supported to find your own solutions. It is a place of women’s wisdom.

This is an inclusive space where all women over 18 are welcome.

Please understand that this is not group therapy; and it is each women’s responsibility to process her own experience.

We meet monthly for two hours.
