Your Host

Mag EuaFua is a leadership coach, trainer, and former Brand Communications Director at adidas. She is passionate about creating spaces where honest conversations spark real transformation in teams, in leaders, and in life.

Originally from Bangkok and now living in Singapore, Mag spent 16 years in the corporate world before feeling called to create something more intentional. Driven by her innate ability to connect deeply with others and see the individual strengths beneath the surface. She saw how real transformation begins when people feel truly seen, and wanted to build a space where purpose, leadership, and human connection could thrive.

In 2023, she founded Flow Estate, a coaching consultancy that bridges strategic thinking with purposeful leadership, helping individuals and teams reconnect with what truly matters and lead with clarity and courage.

Today, Mag supports high-achieving professionals and teams in creating space to realign with what matters, release self-imposed pressure, and lead with confidence. An ICF-certified coach, she has coached and trained over 500 individuals across Asia Pacific and Europe through workshops, training, and private coaching. She has worked with leaders from LVMH, adidas, Dyson, Julius Baer, AIA, Decathlon, Carlsberg and many more, blending strategic clarity with emotional depth to support meaningful, lasting growth.
