Align + Shine in 2025

Come join us for a special event at Soul Yoga and Wellness to celebrate the start of a new year. It's the perfect time to renew your energy and set intentions for 2025.

This event will start off with a vinyasa flow led by La Reina Marshall, RYT. This flow's intent is to provide an opportunity for us to slow down enough to feel deeply into our bodies, to connect mindfully with our breath, and ultimately soothe our nervous systems.
This flow will be followed by a nourishing sound healing and an intention-setting journaling session.

Perfect for all fitness levels! Please dress comfortably + bring water. You may also bring a blanket for extra comfort during the journaling session. Mats will be provided.
Move with intention, connect with fellow wellness enthusiasts, and get ready to shine in 2025!
Participants will also leave with a fun wellness swag bag filled with goodies from our generous brand partners + some other fun additions during the event.
