Align Moms Meet-Up is a relaxed, monthly gathering for moms who want real connection, honest conversation, and gentle support—without pressure or expectations. The group is led by Sara Lum, early childhood educator, family health coach, and mom, who brings both professional insight and real-life understanding into the space. Think “book club, but for motherhood.” Each month, we gather to talk about what’s actually showing up—stress, burnout, boundaries, self-care, relationships, identity shifts, and the everyday realities of being a modern mom. The conversation is gently guided, but always organic, with room for what you need most that day. At the end of each meet-up, the group helps choose the focus for the following month. Sara takes what the group is asking for and brings back simple tools, resources, and thoughtful coaching prompts—so this meet-up truly grows around you. Drop in anytime. No prerequisites. No commitments. We’ll connect, chat, and you’ll receive in-the-moment coaching and support. No pressure to share. No fixing. Just a warm, supportive space to come as you are and leave feeling a little lighter and more supported.
