Class Overviews:
Fitness and Fuel Cardio & Core: Get ready to move! This high-energy large group class uses nothing but your bodyweight to deliver a powerful cardio and core workout. Expect nonstop movement, heart-pumping intervals, and core-focused exercises that build strength, stability, and endurance. No equipment, no downtime; just a fun, challenging workout that leaves you sweaty, strong, and energized. All fitness levels are welcome, with options to modify or level up.
Fitness and Fuel Band & Body Strength: Build strength from head to toe using a combination of bodyweight movements and small resistance bands. This large group class focuses on controlled, strength-based exercises designed to improve muscle tone, stability, and overall power. Expect purposeful reps, guided tempo, and just the right amount of challenge to leave you feeling stronger every session. All fitness levels are welcome, with options to progress or modify.
Vinyasa Flow with Tobey: Find Your Center. Elevate Your Awareness. Join Tobey for an all-levels Vinyasa practice designed to help you reconnect with what you truly need, both physically and mentally.
In this class, we will move through a fluid Vinyasa sequence, prioritizing the union of mind, body, and breath. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, you’ll find a supportive environment focused on self-discovery and functional movement. The goal is simple: to leave the mat feeling better than when you arrived.
What to Expect:
Style: Vinyasa Flow (Movement linked to breath)
Focus: Mental clarity, physical grounding, and heightened body awareness.
Community: A welcoming space for all levels to move and connect.
