Join Ashley Westermann and Chelsey Crane as they expertly guide you on this Chakra journey. We’ll begin with a gentle chakra sound bath, offering time to slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect inward before moving into a guided creative experience.
The chakra system is often described as seven energy centres within the body that are associated with different aspects of our physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. When we intentionally bring awareness to these areas, it can support a greater sense of balance, grounding, clarity, emotional ease, creativity, connection, and overall well-being.
Through sound, rest, and intention, this opening experience is designed to encourage relaxation and invite you to reflect on where you may want more support, flow, or alignment in your life.
Following the sound bath, Ashley, from Oh Sew Darling will guide you step-by-step in creating your own crystal chakra keychain to take home — a meaningful keepsake inspired by the chakra system and created with your own intention.
No experience is needed, and all supplies are included. This workshop is designed to feel approachable, restorative, and creative, whether you’re attending solo or sharing the experience with a friend.
