Get to know how to cook Algerian selected cuisines from the Algerian local chefs: Romaissa & Abed.
Here is the Menu:
1 - Algerian Eggplant salad
Description:
Grilled eggplant garnished with olive oil and garlic
2- Algerian Bourek
Description
A traditional algerian appetizer. Rolls filled with potatoes, cream cheese, parsley, beef minced meat (vegeterian option: eggs instead of meat)
3- Algerian couscous
Description:
Couscous (small steamed granules of rolled semolina) with tomato sauce, vegetables, and chickpeas and beef (vegeterian option without beef)
4- Algerian almond cigars
Description:
A traditional algerian dessert made from rolls
filled with almonds, sugar, honey, cinammon, and orange blossom water.
Due to the limited number of places, only those who click “GOING" will be nominated, “INTERESTED” will not be counted. Please accept the final decision is up to the hosts & organisers.
You’re more than welcome to take leftovers, provided that you bring take away boxes with you.
Location: Stuttgart South, near österreicher platz - exact location to be updated later.
Price: 10 Euros/person (Shared equally).
Before 2nd November 2024, selected 18 members will be taken to our FB group messenger and to be organised further.
Since this event is organised in a private place with limited numbers, trust is highly important. So we welcome people with an open FB profile, known in person before, or with reference or you could always introduce yourself through a nice message @vonopa.
However 50% seats are reserved for new members.
