The Alford Santa Run takes place on the Sunday 24th November and is part of the Alford Christmas Festival!
The runs will feature the Children's Elf Dash at 9.30am around the ground of the Haughton Park followed by the Santa Run 5k at 10.00am which will go around the beautiful grounds of Haughton Park!
The Alford Santa Run truly is a family event - children of all ages are welcome and there will be lots to do at the Alford Christmas Festival. Please make sure you stay after your run as there will be heaps of festive activities taken place throughout the day in Alford - from meeting Santa Claus, jumping on the Christmas Train, a Christmas market and of course the Christmas lights switch on!
As part of your entry fee, you will receive a Santa Suit with hat for the 5k or an Elf hat for the children's dash, a Christmas medal, the complete support of our volunteer team and a goody bag.
The Alford Santa Run has the following timings:
9.30am: Children's Elf Dash
10.00am: Santa Run 5km
The entry fees are:
5km Santa Run - £16 for Adults & £10 for Children (under 13’s) (all under 8's must be accompanied by an adult)
Children's Elf Dash - £5 for all children (all under 8's must be accompanied by an adult)
All proceeds from the run will directly support the ATS Transforming Lives Grant Fund, helping to provide access to athletics & running for those in need.
