$65.00* per adult and children ages 13 and up
$25.00* per Child under age 12
$195.00 Max for families
*Site fee includes full event fees, cabin rental, and feast cost for Saturday night Feast.
The tournament will be fought using the Blaußfechten conventions, but with a twist. Prior to each round of combat, the consorts will engage in historical strategy table games. The winning consort earns a bonus / benefit for their combatant in the following round of combat.
Games to be played include: Chess, Mancala, Fox & Geese, 9-Man Morris, and Hnefatafl.
The actual combat will be fought as either a round robin or a double elimination depending on the number of actual combatants. Each round will be fought with a different weapon style:
Round 1 will be fought with sword and buckler
Round 2 will be fought with sword-in-one-hand
Round 3 will be fought with sword-in-two-hands
Round 4 will be fought with dagger
Additional rounds if needed will start at the top of the order
