Recalibrate is a quiet, inward-focused group experience designed to help you settle, listen, and reconnect with yourself.
The new moon serves as our monthly marker — a natural pause in the calendar to notice what has been building, what may be ready to shift, and what deserves your attention next. You are welcome to bring your own meaning to the new moon; the experience itself is centered on deep relaxation, reflection, and integration.
Over the course of the evening, we move through guided relaxation, sound, journaling, oracle card reflection, Reiki, hypnosis, and quiet integration. The pace is intentionally slow, with space between experiences rather than rushing from one thing to the next.
The intention is simple: step away from the demands of the day, settle deeply, and give yourself space to recalibrate.
Please bring what you need to build your nest: a mat, blanket, bolster, and pillow, along with an eye mask, journal, pen, and water. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit rather than lie down.
Recalibrate is intentionally limited to 6 participants to keep the experience quiet, spacious, and personal.
