Experience a one-of-a-kind sensory journey, where you can tap into the healing energy of Usui Reiki and the transformative properties of flower essences combined with yogic relaxation. Let the enchanting sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and vocals wash over you, as you embark on a path of personal growth and healing.
Flower Essences can help to balance the body’s energy system, resulting in both physical and emotional healing. Every essence has unique therapeutic qualities. Notably, flower essences are gentle and safe to use for everyone.
The word “Reiki” is derived from two Japanese words – “rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which means life energy. There are many benefits Reiki including reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, increased feelings of relaxation and well-being, and a boost in the immune system. Reiki can also help to alleviate physical pain and promote physical healing by encouraging the body to release tension and toxins.
Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive form of therapy that can be practiced on people of all ages and conditions.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring:
🌸 Yoga mat
🌸 Water or tea
🌸 Journal and pen
🌸 Extra blankets, pillows (the studio provides 1 bolster, 2 blocks and 1 blanket)
*Each participant will receive a FREE Eye Pillow and a special gift to take home!*
The attendance of this event entails granting consent for our practitioner to offer reiki support, which may involve gentle physical contact.
