This hands-on, heart-centered introduction to aromatherapy is designed to empower you with practical knowledge, sensory awareness, and confidence in working with essential oils. This series blends foundational education with intentional crafting, inviting you to build a relationship with plant allies while creating products you will actually use in daily life.
Each class weaves together plant wisdom, safety, energetics, and ritual. You will leave every session with a finished creation and a deeper understanding of how scent can support the body, home, and spirit.
This series is welcoming to beginners and nourishing for those who already work with oils and wish to deepen their practice.

Class #1
We begin by laying the groundwork. In our first gathering, we explore what aromatherapy truly is, how essential oils work, and how to use them safely and intentionally. You will be guided through the art of blending as you craft a personal signature scent, an aromatic reflection of your current season and inner landscape. You will leave with a roll-on and a bottle of your signature blend.
Class #2
We turn toward protection and resilience. The second class focuses on the lore and modern use of thieves style blends, traditionally used to support health and safeguard the home. You will learn about the properties of key oils and create your own protective blend to use for personal care or household rituals. You will leave with a roll-on and a bottle of your own personal thieves blend.
Class #3
Our final gathering and scent becomes an invitation to rest and renew. We explore the use of essential oils in bath rituals using a variety of different salts, learning how to safely incorporate them into moments of relaxation, nervous system support, and sacred space creation. Each participant will craft a bath salt blend designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
Each class includes guided instruction and a thoughtfully crafted take-home creation. Alchemy of Scent is welcoming to beginners and enriching for those already working with essential oils who wish to deepen their practice and bring more intention into daily rituals.
