Learn to reconnect with parts of yourself that grief has quieted or awakened in this 2-day creative healing journey!
About this Event

This is a multi-day workshop held Saturday, 1/31, from 10 am-5 pm and Sunday, 2/1, from 9 am-3 pm.

Alchemy of Loss: A Creative Healing Journey Through Hauschka Artistic Therapy & Grief Integration

When life breaks open through grief or deep transition, the heart seeks a place where it can soften, breathe, and rediscover its own rhythm. Reweaving the Heart is a tender, transformative program designed to guide you through that process—gently, creatively, and at your pace.
This journey blends the intuitive, grounding practice of Hauschka Artistic Therapy with meaningful self-development tools and compassionate grief support. Through color, form, inner reflection, and safe emotional exploration, you begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that grief has quieted—or awakened.

Why This Journey Works
Grief is not something to “get over.”
It is something to honor, integrate, and walk with—until new meaning begins to grow.

This program helps you:

  • Express emotions you cannot yet articulate
  • Regulate the nervous system through mindful artistic work
  • Build self-trust, inner stability, and renewed identity
  • Transform sorrow into insight
  • Reconnect with vitality and purpose
  • Feel companioned, not alone

What You Will Experience
Each session is a blend of:

Hauschka Artistic Therapy

  • Guided painting, drawing, color & form exercises
  • Gentle, structured creative flow
  • Healing through rhythm, gesture, and presence

Self-Development & Inner Work

  • Reflection prompts
  • Identity rebuilding practices
  • Emotional processing tools
  • Deep inner listening

Grief Integration

  • A safe container for your story
  • Compassionate dialogue
  • Meaning making
  • Encouragement, gentleness, and grounding

The Transformation
By the end of this experience, clients often feel:

  • More peaceful and grounded
  • Emotionally lighter and more connected to themselves
  • Able to express what was previously locked inside
  • Reawakened creativity and desire for life
  • Renewed meaning, clarity, and direction
  • A deeper sense of wholeness

This is a journey of rebirth through tenderness—guided by art, presence, and a compassionate therapeutic relationship.

What Makes This Offer Special
This program is built on three pillars:

1. Hauschka Artistic Therapy
Using guided painting, drawing, color work, and form exercises, clients experience:

  • Emotional regulation through artistic flow
  • Grounding and gentle reconnection to the body
  • A non-verbal path for expressing what words cannot hold
  • Strengthening of vitality and inner balance

2. Conscious Self-Development
Supporting personal growth during difficult transitions through:

  • Self-awareness tools
  • Reflection practices
  • Empowerment exercises
  • Guidance on navigating change and rebuilding identity

3. Grief Integration (not “getting over”)
Honoring the uniqueness of each grief journey, with:

  • Gentle emotional processing
  • Space to acknowledge loss safely
  • Meaning-making practices
  • Reconnection with life energy

Who This Is For
This offer is ideal for people who are:

  • Moving through the loss of a loved one
  • Experiencing non-death grief (divorce, identity transition, burnout, relocation, etc.)
  • Seeking a creative, soulful approach to healing
  • Wanting to rebuild trust in themselves and life
  • Ready to grow through tenderness rather than pressure
